Cape Myrtle. A borderline hardy shrub up to eight feet or so, very cool growth habit of shaggy evergreen goblet shape with funky tight packed stems full of coolness!
Best grown in a very sheltered position, free draining or grown in pot so can be overwintered out of the wet. It’s the wet/cold that will kill it, not necessarily just the cold.
