Returns Policy

Obviously, any plants purchased online or from one of my stalls cannot be returned if they die or end up with pest/disease, what with plants being a living product open to the whims of mother nature & the ability of the customer to keep them alive. I take great pride in ensuring my plants are in top condition before I sell them. If, during postage something has gone terribly wrong, give me a shout & I’ll try & sort something out. πŸ™‚

When it comes to my digital products, Propper Club membership can be cancelled at any time if you don’t like it after purchase. If for some reason there is a problem with my digital downloads, give me a shout (vick@individualplantsnursery.com) and I’ll try and figure out what’s going on. πŸ™πŸŒ±
