A particularly nice red/maroon toned foliage perennial that will clamber and crawl through the spare spaces, not in an invasive terrifying way, just in a helpful garden plant manner. Wonderful saggitate (arrow shaped) leaves with distinctive pronounced markings.
Any decent garden soils, fairly resilient. Hardy. Cut back dead stems when completely knackered and getting slimy, will break again in spring.
