A beautiful shrubby thing, with leathery, tough good green foliage, holding aloft rusty toned flower spikes for aaaages through summer. It particularly enjoys light shade as opposed to full on sun.
Hardy down to minus 6’ish, just so long as she’s free draining. Probably best grown in a pot and slung in to an unheated place and kept on dry side for the winter.
