Agave parryi subsp. parryi "Giant" 1ltr

Apparently this guy is one of the biggest cold-hardy Agaves there is, eventually forming a rosette of classic A. parryi leaves over a meter in diameter at maturity. These guys are just at the beginning of their journey and have been happily growing in my tunnel for the last couple of years and haven’t even flinched at the cold snaps.

As with all Agave/succulent types, keep these guys as dry as possible through winter, even though they’re cold hardy, overly wet conditions may lead to their demise in winter. Plant in pots or out on a bed that you can easily provide a winter shelter from the rain. Full sun, well drained substrates.
